This website is owned and operated by Dragonfly Creative Design Inc, doing business as Retro Reverence.

Buying from us

Our online checkout is not open yet. To order, use the buy button on any product page, which takes you to our Etsy shop. Our own policies on Returns, Delivery and Revisions apply to everything we make, wherever you buy it.

Our policies

Revisions, returns, refunds and delivery are covered on our Returns and Delivery pages. Those pages are part of these terms.

What you can do with your art

• Everything on this site, including our artwork, designs, photos and text, is original and owned by Dragonfly Creative Design Inc / Retro Reverence, and protected by copyright.
• When you buy a digital file, you get a personal use license: print it as many times as you like, in any size, for your own home, and a printed copy makes a lovely gift.
• You may not share, resell or give away the file itself, sell prints or products made from it, use it for print on demand or any commercial purpose, alter it and present it as your own, or upload it to sharing sites, image-training datasets or NFT platforms.
• Prints and canvases are yours to hang, display and share photos of.
• Buying any format does not transfer the copyright.

Our work

Every portrait is digitally illustrated. Custom portraits are an artistic interpretation of your pet, in our style, not a copy of your photo. Colors can look slightly different from screen to print.

No warranties

This site is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it accurate and running, but we cannot promise it will always be error free or available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Dragonfly Creative Design Inc / Retro Reverence is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or your purchase. Our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes to these terms

These terms are effective as of September 28, 2026. We may update them as the shop changes. Orders follow the terms in place on the day you ordered.
