Purpose of this site

This site is an informational and marketing bridge at this time. It does not host a checkout or accept orders directly. All sales, transactions, payments, delivery of digital files, refunds, and customer-service communications are conducted entirely through our Etsy shop and are governed by Etsy's Terms of Use and our shop policies on Etsy, not by these Terms of Use.

Intellectual property

All artwork, portraits, photography, designs, text, and other content on this site are original and owned by Dragonfly Creative Design Inc / Retro Reverence unless otherwise noted. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a custom portrait, you receive a personal-use license for the final digital file. The portrait may be printed, displayed, and shared for personal enjoyment. It may not be reproduced, resold, licensed, or used commercially without our prior written agreement.

No warranties

This site and its contents are provided "as is" and "as available" for informational purposes only. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the site's operation, completeness, or reliability. Product warranties, guarantees, refunds, and returns are governed by our Etsy shop policies.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonfly Creative Design Inc / Retro Reverence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of this site or any purchase made through Etsy.
