Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Dragonfly Creative Design Inc, doing business as Retro Reverence. We are a small studio making custom pet portraits and vintage style art.

What this policy covers

This policy explains what we collect when you visit retroreverence.com, sign up for our emails, or order from us, and what we do with it.

When you buy

Our online checkout is not open yet. Each product page has a button that takes you to our Etsy shop to buy. That purchase and your payment happen on Etsy, and we never see your card details. After you order, we receive what we need to make and deliver your art: your name, your email, your shipping address for prints and canvases, and your pet’s photos and name.

Your pet’s photos

We use the photos you send only to make your portrait. We delete our copies of your photos 90 days after your order. Photos sent through Etsy also stay in your Etsy order history, which Etsy manages.

Order records

We keep order records (what you ordered, when, what you paid, and where it went) for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting.

Emails from us

• We use your email address to send your order confirmation, your delivery link, and replies to your questions. These are part of your order and are not marketing.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they find us. We look at this in totals, not individuals.

We do not sell your information

We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run the shop, such as payment processing, printing, file storage and email, and only what each one needs.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@retroreverence.com and we will reply within one business day. We may need to keep order records the law requires.

Changes to this policy

This policy is effective as of September 28, 2026. When the shop changes how it works, we update this page and the date above.
