Digital portraits arrive as a high-resolution file by email, so nothing gets lost in the post and nothing turns up two days after the birthday. Prints and canvases are printed fresh for your order and shipped to your door.
How Long It Takes

One
You place your order, then send us your best photo, full size, straight from your phone or computer.

Two
Your finished portrait is ready within 3 business days. We will email you the moment it is done.

Three
When it is finished, we upload your portrait to our secure studio storage and email you a private download link. Print-ready files are far too large to send as an email attachment, so a link is how yours travels.
Your Link Stays Live
Keep that email. Your download link does not expire when you use it. Come back for it whenever you need: a new computer, a lost file, a second print two years from now. We will keep your portrait available for at least 12 months, and in practice we keep every file we make, so if you ever need it again, just ask.
What You Receive
A made-to-order, high-resolution file, print-ready at 8" × 10", 12" × 15", 16" × 20" and 24" × 30". It also fits the standard European 40 × 50 cm frame with no cropping.
Printing at 11" × 14"? Your print shop simply trims a hair to fit. Nothing for you to do.
Custom portraits are not instant downloads. Every one is made individually from your photo. Ready-made digital art is delivered as soon as your order is confirmed.
Prints and Canvases
Every print and canvas is printed fresh when you order. Printing typically takes up to 5 business days, and shipping takes up to 5 business days more, so plan on about 1 to 2 weeks from order to doorstep. Custom portraits go to print once you approve your proof. Around the holidays and other busy seasons, things can run a little longer, but we always turn your order around as quickly as we can. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Shipping Costs
There are none. Shipping is included in every price, and digital files never ship at all.
Printing It
Take your file to any local or online print shop and print it as large as your wall allows, or choose a fine art print or canvas on the product page and we will print it for you.
If Your Email Does Not Arrive
Check your spam folder first, and add hello@retroreverence.com to your contacts so it does not end up there again. If your link is still nowhere, email us and we will resend it the same day.
